Just got this in the mail today after ordering it on Amazon yesterday.

I’m so excited to start cooking stuff from it.
It’s filled with recipes needing mostly stuff that’s already in my kitchen, not needing the long list of recipe-specific ingredients that comes with most vegan recipes.
I already loved Chef Chloe, but I think I love her a whole lot more now.
